In Shimano we try hard to constantly improve all our products to match the challenge that the market propose us.
The fishing tackle industry is in trouble waters, due the carbon fibre production shortage. This situation will end most probably with some very sharp price increases. This is not the case for Shimano. Due to our long term strategy and partnership with largest Japanese carbon producers and due to the very large scale of our production, Shimano will manage to keep the rods prices very reasonable, with a great and increasing value for the end consumer.
